Participations in Asia include China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. Using the globally designed Green Map Icons, this universal set of 125 symbols charts natural and cultural sites in 11 categories. Registered since June 2006 and led by Chan Yuen Lai Winnie and So Kwok Kin, the Green Map Hong Kong Project aims to promote sustainable lifestyle in metropolitan Hong Kong.
